Natalie Buford-Young, CRSPPresident and CEO Natalie Buford-Young is the President and CEO of Rainfield Group. She manages the company's relationships with Fortune 500 clients and emerging businesses in the technology and professionals services arenas. Natalie is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the firm, including its success as a market leader in sales recruitment. Natalie is a 17-year sales veteran who began her career in broadcast sales before transitioning to technology sales, winning multiple salesperson of the year honors throughout her career. Prior to founding Rainfield Group, Natalie was a partner in the executive search firm of Chamberlain Williams Tison. Before joining the search industry, Natalie was director of partner relations for a private-label, Internet service provider. Natalie has extensive experience recruiting for enterprise software companies and professional services firms in executive leadership, sales, and business development roles. Natalie is an active speaker and member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and Women in Technology leading the annual “career transition” program for the Young AFCEANsthe Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association. In addition, Natalie is vice chair of the United Professional Sales Association, an organization dedicated to standards and ethics in the sales profession. Natalie earned a BS from Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas and is a past president of the Washington Metropolitan chapter of the TCU Alumni Association.
