Send us your resume and a brief letter of introduction that tells us why you are interested in sales.

If you are a recent graduate without a lot of experience don’t worry. Our training program will provide you with a competitive edge.
If you are in the early stages of your career path and considering sales our program will help you define your existing skill set and apply them to a new successful career.

We’ll review your material and set up a time to meet with you to discuss your qualifications and fit within our program.

Once you complete our program, we will place you in a company that best fits your interests and talents. You’ll then have the opportunity to see if the company where we have placed you is right for you.

As an Emerging Rainmaker you are temporarily our employee – we value all our employees and we will be with you every step of the way.

We know that the first few days, weeks, and months of any new job has its ups and downs. We’ll be there to provide on-going training and mentoring to help you succeed. And if you find that the company where we’ve placed you isn’t a good match that's okay. This program is designed for success and we’ll work with you until you find a company where you can thrive.

There are no costs to join the Emerging Rainmaker Program. However, we do ask for a commitment from you to complete the training program and to agree to our terms of placing you in a sales position for a trial period with the understanding that the company may elect to terminate your lease for any reason.
